Recipe:
Prepare brownie mix in a low-fat manner according to package directions. {I used a low-fat brownie mix}. Pour into pan as directed.

Beat together 8 ounces of low-fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar & 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fluffy. Beat in 1 egg.

Drop dollops of cream cheese mixture onto the brownie mix; swirl with a knife for a "marbled" effect. {There was more of this mixture than I thought. In a 9x13 pan, it covered a lot of the brownie. Next time, I might drizzle it over the top.}

Bake as directed. {I started at 20 minutes, then kept checking & rotating my pan for 5 more minutes at t time. The cheese cream mixture turns into a cheesecake-like mixture & was heavy on the brownie mix. I think that's why it cooked so long.

SUPER yummy!

Yum! that looks really good. Now, to keep from eating the whole thing, because surely that much of it is no longer low-fat!
